How long does standard shipping take?
We will mail out your parcel within 1-3 working days after your payment being verified.
The parcel will be delivered to your doorstep the next day, barring any exceptional circumstances.
Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
Are there any shipping fees?
FREE DELIVERY Shipping for West Malaysia if purchased above RM 150
For orders below RM 150 or East Malaysia, shipping fee is charged at flat rate basis:
– RM8/West Malaysia
– RM13/East Malaysia
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp.
Are there any additional cost for re-delivery?
Yes, additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us.
All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it being mailed from us.
You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully.
